Dear Partners, Investors, and Friends,

It is with great humility and excitement that I write this letter to you today. When I founded JURNI CAPITAL in October 2021, I had a vision — a vision to build an investment firm that would not only deliver superior returns but also serve as a catalyst for positive change. Three years on, I am proud to say that our journey has been defined by purpose, partnership, and performance.

Our name, "JURNI," was chosen deliberately. It reflects our belief that the most rewarding investments are those that are part of a larger journey — a journey of discovery, growth, and enduring partnership. We are not just investors; we are stewards of capital and co-creators of value. Every decision we make is guided by a commitment to integrity, intellectual rigour, and a long-term perspective that places the success of our portfolio companies and partners at the heart of everything we do.

Over the past few years, we have built a platform that spans six complementary asset classes — from public equity and private equity to hedge funds, real assets, activist and distressed strategies, and impact investing. We have focused our efforts on the sectors that will define the future: AgriTech & FoodTech, Digital Health, Energy Transition, Healthcare Services, FinTech, and AI & Data Infrastructure. These are not just themes; they are the structural shifts that will shape the global economy for decades to come.

We have also been deliberate about where we operate. With offices in Singapore and the UK, we bridge the dynamism of Asia with the sophistication of European capital markets. This dual presence allows us to identify opportunities, build relationships, and create value across borders — all while maintaining a deep understanding of local market nuances.

Looking ahead, I am more optimistic than ever about the opportunities that lie before us. The world is facing complex challenges — climate change, resource scarcity, demographic shifts, and technological disruption. But these challenges also present the greatest investment opportunities of our lifetime.
